Right to Roam

I first came across a couple of bright young lads - backed by an experienced industry figure, David Rogers - when I was alerted to their prototype, off-road wheelchair or mountain trike.
Well the great news - especially for wheelchair users who love the great outdoors and want to do a bit of off-roading - is that Tim Morgan and his crew have now brought their product to market.
Their all-new website showcases the Mountain Trike in all its glory. I particularly like the videos which really demonstrate what the MT can do, in the forest, on the beach - anywhere in fact.
This machine has been made with top-end mountain bike parts and, as such, its £4,000 price tag is comparable with those machines - not bad for a piece of kit that is obviously going to be made in reasonably small numbers.
As a nation, we should be doing more things like this.
